  4. andrea, no it's not inappropriate if it's directed to me. But if it was in general, then yes.

thomp, yes, my mom did, in fact cut my hair. How could you tell? And yes, that was the fashion then. The mid-70's was not known for good taste.

jared, I was the band's sidekick during their tours.

  5. This is hilarious. I think you should bring that outfit back. Bring it back in style. It's crying out to see daylight again. I'm sure you could have it remade in an adult size. The world will be stunned. (Where can I get it???)

  6. Looking back at old 70's photos I really think everything had a reddish tint to it then. The light's just changed so gradually, we never noticed.

  7. Oh man, did your mom make you play that song over and over for every guest that came to visit? I played the violin too, and mine was "Annie's Song" by John Denver (You fill up me senses like a night in a forest
Like the mountains...) If I ever get that song out my mind it won't be soon enough.

  9. You gotta come back, man. Thank you for your kind comment on my blog...I was thinking of your "homemaker" project when I posted that kitchen background! You should still do it (if you can possibly find the time).
