Crossing the Divide

Crossing the Divide
We crossed the imaginary line dividing the continent yesterday. The vistas were amazing, with nary a human being in sight. Wyoming was beautiful -- Utah even more so. Looking forward to seeing what's ahead for us today and tomorrow. We're expecting to arrive in Portland on Sunday.

  2. Hey Ward, best of luck to you and kin on the big move. I've been a slacker to the ol' Wardomatic, so yeah, a little late to the game. Have fun out we(s)t – from what I know, Portland has a pretty fine creative community.

    Safe travels.

  4. Great to hear it's going well. It's funny, when I first saw the photo in your last post, I wondered, "why did he crop his head out so awkwardly?", but now I see it's a creative decision. I like it...it's very strange!

  6. I'm glad you can update your blog from the road! Your photos are great- you should make a series and call it "Where's Ward-o?" (geddit? heh? Too corny?) Anyhow, happy traveling!

  7. Wow! Hadn't checked your blog in a bit, and the next thing I know, the whole Ward-o-matic family has up and moved away. Sniff... Thank goodness for the internets, so I can still see your (and your family's) lovely artistic output. I admire your Victory Vintage mural whenever I pass it (which is frequently). Anyway, I just wanted to drop a note to say good luck in Portland -- I hear it's a lovely town, and I'd have to admit that I'm a leeetle jealous. ;)
