I've heard that it's not as good as the first year, but I don't care. Rest assured that I'll probably blog this once I get back.Ward Jenkinshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05013085293679968596noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8984824.post-1111412617797454712005-03-21T05:43:00.000-08:002005-03-21T05:43:00.000-08:00I saw the show on Friday; I think my jaw was unhin...I saw the show on Friday; I think my jaw was unhinged throughout the whole thing. ("Fallen Art" in particular gave me a shock I couldn't shake off for a few minutes). All in all, the show was grotesque, twisted, and incredibly entertaining. The only complaint I have is that no one else in the theater seemed to be an animation fan; after every short there was a flurry of half-hushed "bizarre!"s and "I don't get it"s. Irritating, but at least the theater was full. Hopefully, shows like this will get wider distribution in the future.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8984824.post-1111380498627744002005-03-20T20:48:00.000-08:002005-03-20T20:48:00.000-08:00Great poster!! Lane Smith did some great fantastic character designs for the stop-motion animated version that came out in the mid-90's, directed by Henry Selick. Great story, too.Ward Jenkinshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05013085293679968596noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8984824.post-1111238313122792382005-03-19T05:18:00.000-08:002005-03-19T05:18:00.000-08:00I just put up a few posters around RIT about the s...I just put up a few posters around RIT about the show.
